Cancellation Policy

Our cleaning technicians are scheduled in advance, last minute changes and cancellations deprive them of income. Please review our cancellation policy below

Cancellation Window

P&A Pristine Cleaners require a minimum of 24hrs for cancellations or rescheduling

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made outside of the designated cancellation window will not incur any fees. However, cancellations made within the specified window will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost. Late Cancellation Fee – $50. Lockout Fee – 100% of the total service.
 

How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office at 519-771-8741 or pristinecleaners23@outlook.com. Please provide your name, booking details.

Refunds

P&A Pristine cleaners cannot offer refunds. If not 100% happy with the quality contact our office an we will revisit the area with 24 hrs of service. All cleaning is final 24 hours of serviced appointment.

Exceptions

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or emergencies, exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of P&A Pristine Cleaners, We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, our technicians wait a maximum of 15 minutes, please note that your service may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.
